Sugar losing user preferences

I had to go into MyAccount and Reset user preferences

Now every time I log out and log back in again all my settings are lost and I have to reenter the time zone and my change all my home page dashlets, calendar preferences etc.

A couple of my users who also reset their preferences are having the same problem

I am using Sugar Version 5.0.0b (Build 3150)

I have tested this in IE & Firefox with the same result

Any help would be much appreciated as it is pretty irritating and I am not very popular with the users that I asked to reset there preferences
