Do SugarCRM CE 5.2.0e has something like "maintenance mode"? Only Administrators to logon and show others "SugarCRM is in maintenance mode, stay tuned" or no logins at all?

AFAIK, sugar don't have this facility. BTW, it is a indeed feature.

You can achieve this by adding few lines of code in modules/Users/Login.php
