Sugar menus not changed

Hi guys

I have upgraded to Sugar CE 6.3.1 but my menus have not changed, they still the same as 6.2.5. See the screenshot below. How can I change to the new look menus:

Have you selected the newer theme or are you still selecting the old 5.x theme?

You should see the option at login I think.

Sorry just checked in the newer 6.x version you select the theme in the your User Preferences page, click your Username upper right corner, you should see a themes tab
