Further to my research into e-newsletters, much advice says to send e-mail in MIME format so that the recipient gets a HTML and text version of your newsletter, and the e-mail client picks which to view per the settings. I can't find reference to Sugar's e-mail system regarding MIME--anyone out there have an idea?
If Sugar isn't sophisticated enough to employ MIME, how are you all doing your newsletters and e-mail broadcasts? e.g. HTML with a link that says "Can't read this e-mail? Click here" to send them over to
a landing page on our website? Or how else do you account for recipients who can read only text e-mail?
