Sugar newsletter marketing campaign

Hello,

I'm currently having a problem sending emails for my newsletter campaign. I have made a target list, a start time, my campaign is set on active mode and newsletter type.
The email marketing has a set up time which already passed and also set to active status.

But not a single email is sent? Everything is queued and keeps on staying there. I haven`t disabled any scheduler, neither I have handwritten any module or line of code.

The only way I can send email is by clicking send queued emails and even so I`m sending 5 emails per click. I have to keep on clicking until I send 1000s of emails.. Even if I select more than 5 emails and press the send button it still sends only 5.

I didn`t seem to have the same problem when my campaign type is set to email.

do you have cURL installed? iirc it´s required for the scheduler to run properly.
check your phpinfo.php().
is your server running on windows or linux?
a windows server needs you to create a batch file that calls the cron with sth like:

 cd D:yoursugarpath
php.exe -f cron.php
