Sugar now saving data in custom module

Hi,
I 'm really new to sugar. I work administrating a sugar system. Now I need to make some changes to the system because a custom module just stop saving the information.

I'm running CRM Version 5.5.4 (Build 1246).

I have a module that saves info about a test. In the QuickCreate View everything is fine, but later in the Listview the name of the test (which is chosen from a drop down menu) remains empty. In the database the value of this column is saved as NULL.

Can someone help me solve this. I've been trying to find the answer for quite long now. I can''t even find the query that saves the data.

I look in the logs ( in a test environment to see what's happening) but I cannot find anything.

I really appreciate any guidance towards solving this issue.

What happen when you create through EditView?
Go to Admin -> System Settings, update log level to debug.
Delete the existing sugarcrm.log
Try to create a new record of this custom module and provide us the zipped sugarcrm.log.
Let us know the name of this custom module.

I 'm attaching the file sugarcrm.log, in which the only action is describe as:

- Clicking in the "Create" button for a new test of the module "TexES Practice".
- Filling the information (Exam Type, Exam*, DateTaken, Attendance, etc)

*Exam is a dropdown list with the names of the test, this is the field that is saved in the database as NULL and is not show in the ListView. (In which I chose "154 - English as a .....").

- Clicking the Save button.

The table name for the information in the database is sam_texespractice.
