sugar open source Vs professional version is there a vast difference?

i am using the sugar open source for past 1 month and i want to know if there is more functionalities and what's the difference between the these two versions. it would be a great help for me if some one could brief me about it

THE most important difference has got to be Reporting, which is critical for a CRM

Hate to open an old thread, but I'm deciding myself whether I want the Professional reporting or to develop my own. The comments that turn up on Google are pretty old. Anyway, just my 2 cents for those who find this like I did.
