[Sugar OpenSource 4.5.1b] The list/dashlets in every modul is not displayed

Hi.
I have upload SugarCRM Open Source to smallbusiness.yahoo.com. After login, the home page showed. But the part that showed only shortcut menu(left side), tabs (upper side) and search form. The dashlets and footer (bottom side) didnt showed.
This occur in other page too (the list and footer in leads, accounts, contacts etc didnt showed). If i click Create Accounts in shortcut menu, the form showed but not the footer.But in Dashboard module it shows the page 100% (the chart and footer is showed).

this is my install:
-FreeBSD
-SugarCRM OpenSource 4.5.1b
- Apache/1.3.33
-PHP Version 4.3.11
-MySQL 4.1.14

And another information that maybe usefull:

-i have upload the SugarCRM and database(with data in it) to server and then run the install.php. In Step 2: System Check Acceptance, all component are ok except the PHP Memory Limit >= 32M i ignore it and click next. after configuring database etc the confirmation box appear and i click install/next. But the screen was blank and didnt install sugarcrm.
I decide to just replace the config.php in remote host with config.php from my installed sugarcrm (localhost). The Sugarcm works but it cannot displayed the list and footer like i said before. Is this method (just modify the config file) have side effects?

-at the begining i think the problem was the memory_limit so i add ini_set("'memory_limit","'350M") in the upper part of index.php, but it dont do anything.

Please help me, i dont have any idea

The problem has been solved. It just because the smarty/template_c is not exist. I create it and the list showed .
