Sugar Outlook Plugin Not Working Any More

You probably may have seen many threads with the same topic, however this different, So, please do read on.

We have been using the Sugacrm Outlook plugin with Outlook 2003 for a while now and have had no problems apart from the plugin disappearing off Vista PCs, which is fixed now.

However lately, we have been unable to establish a connection to SugarCRM. The plugin doesn't work any more. It keeps saying:

"Test Failed: the sugarcrm server specified in tools->Sugar Options cannot be accessed due to the following error: Response is not well-formed XML."

So now we can sync or archive anything.

Nothing has changed on Sugar as fas as I am aware off, for this to happen.

Please see the attached pics to give you a better idea.

Any fixes or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
