Red face Sugar Outlook Sync - sugar appointments show up 4 hours early in outlook

I am currently running sugar outlook sync 4.0.0.4

It has been working fine for about a year, however I recently started having an issue. About the time we moved to a new server (in a different time zone), all appointments set in sugar, are synced to my calendar 4 hours early!

This has been a real issue, as my calender in outlook is now a total MESS! and if I fix the appointments in sugar, then everyone else is messed up.

My timezone setting is correct on both sugar and my computer. and the timezone on the server is also set properly.

Any ideas on what is going on here!?!

    Thanks!

    I am at a loss...

    Matt

This is pure guesswork - but something to try.

The plugin stores sync details in a database stored in Documents and Settings\username\application data\sugarcrm\<servername> - taking servbername from the url put into the server options config window.

You might wnat to delete/rename this file and see if it restarts again properly. NOTE: in doing this it will probably sync over earlier stuff from sugar to outlook again so you might end up with lots of dupes. You might end up with a lot of deletions to do.

Also, if you rename the local database, you can always put it back again to carry on.
