Sugar PageDashlet Error

Any idea why this error is showing up.(error image pasted below). am using sugar 5.2 (build 5688)

this page worked fine till few days back!!

Make sure your cache folder is writable. Run a quick repair.

What exactly do you mean by "cache folder is writeable"?

Can you please suggest the "Path" that I need to follow in order to check this
