I have installed joomla and sugar CRM , and also i have installed sugar porta, but i am not able to see cases in ortal . can any one help on this.

here is waht i did.

I nstalled sugarcase
then i went to sugar CRM and edit a contact activate sugar portal and give a username and password

then i went to joomla and create a same user name there.

now i login to portal but i dont see cases there.
