Env: Sugar Enterprise 5.0.0b w/ Portal on Linux (CentOS 5.x)
we have set up the sugar portal for use by our customers to submit cases to us. when we update these cases, we need some way to notify the customer that their case has been updated.
i assumed this would be built in to the portal functionality - its not.
suggestions?
(p.s. if the suggestion is "Use Workflow" please elaborate. I've already tried several, but cant seem to find the magic...)
