Sugar "Print" not keeping list view filter

My users are having an issue where the accounts they see in a filtered Accounts List view is not the same list that comes up to be printed when using the Sugar "Print" link (not the browser "print" button). For example, say I search on all Accounts belonging to John Doe. I click Search and see the filtered list of just John Doe's accounts. Then I click "Print" and a new screen comes up from which I can print. But the new screen shows all accounts, not just those that belong to John Doe. I get the same behavior when I try to print a list from the Opportunities list screen.

Is this known behavior that I can address with a setting somewhere?

No, AFAIK there is no such setting. What version are you using? As I dont have same error in my latest version of Sugar.

We are still on 5.2.0i. I don't recall this always being an issue - it seems like I and others have used this before with apparent success - but I can't say with certainty if it's something that's always been this way or if it stopped working over time. I thought there might be something I could reset/repair but so far a general "quick repair" doesn't see to do anything and there isn't a "global search" repair or reset I can find.
