I send out email blasts using tracker URLs. When I send out an email, I can see in Sugar the click-thru rate is ~200 clicks. However, when I dbl-check this in Google Analytics, I only see ~100 visits from these email addresses plus a corresponding spike in "Direct" traffic. I've read in the Google forums that redirects can cause traffic to be incorrectly listed under "Direct", but I don't know why I even see some of the email traffic in Analytics?
Q1. Do you think the tracker URLs (that I are redirects, right?) are in fact my problem?
Q2. If so, is there anything I can do to fix this?
Thanks for any help!
