Sugar seems to have totally hung

Hi! We've been evaluating the open source Sugar and have liked it so far. However something really weird happened today. All of a sudden, it just looks like it died. I tried clicking on the home tab and now just get a plain white screen. And no one can get back in to it. I'm thinking I should reinstall? How else might I be able to check where the problem is? I feel like I have to do something to get it out of this state, but not sure what. It won't recover by itself will it? I'm using PHP 4.3.12 (I should probably upgrade) and MySQL 5.0.45

I don't know if this is the source of your problem, but PHP 4.3.13 is not on the list of supported PHP versions.

I have seen similar things get fixed by switching to different versions of PHP, but like I said, I don't know if that's the exact reason for your problem.

Certainly worth trying by upgrading to at least 4.4.4, in case you can't switch to PHP 5 for other reasons.

Thanks for your reply! I actually made a typo and we are running 4.3.11 which Sugar said was supported. It showed up as an ok version during the installation, but I'll try upgrading my PHP just for kicks. Maybe that will fix it.
