Sugar timing out on mass delete

I imported like 5000 records, but I need to delete them and start again.

If I select and delete all 5000 records, looking at the logs set at debug, The goes through a bunch of Query commands then just stops and the web interface just goes blank.

If I do 20 at a time, no problem.

Any ideas?
