One of our sugar users is missing several items from Cases list view. It's only one user who is missing the items. He is an admin. I tried revoking his admin rights and then committing the Case module changes, but he is still missing those list view items. It doesn't look like the page is cached on his system. Does any one have an idea what could cause this?
