Sugar version 6.2.3 community ed. database faillure

As a Microsoft and Sage crm expert i must say Sugar is way out easier. For the mentioned crm's i needed to follow courses for more then one week. The sugar was installed and fintuned in a few hours without difficult trainings.

Theres only one problem when i post a meeting schedule or want to post a document a get a database faillure.

How can it be that there are tables and fields missing in the database. All the other items such as Account and contacts import and creation work fine.

It is due a missing relationship.
Go to Admin -> Repair -> Quick Repair and Rebuild

I did more in two days thanks to sugar and your help then on the same project in MS and/or Sage crm in weeks
