Sugar is very slow trying to enter...

hello,

general speed is ok, but when i try to enter a new lead or save a new account, the page load for ever and nothing happens.

i have to close firefox and re-enter on sugar to see changes.

anyone can help me?

It's just PHP telling you that you cannot use a certain feature of cURL because safe_mode is on or open_basedir is set.

Do you have several custom fields in Accounts & Contacts module?

Did any code customizations made to Accounts & Contacts module in the past?

You need to edit your php.ini to remove the value for the attribute 'open_basedir'.
Restart your web service and try again.

Only since php 6 you can set

php_value open_basedir "..."

in an .htaccess file.

In all php versions < 6 you must change it in the php.ini file.
