Sugar will not email workflow templates

We've had this problem for a while and now its getting to the point where it simply needs to get fixed. When the workflow triggers an email to be sent out, nothing is happening. The sugarcrm.log is giving us this:

Whatever the MySQL error 1062 is, it might be related to the email problem, but I'm not 100% on that since I've seen that a couple of times before we had this problem. I've looked through the code, but I'm not really sure what I'm looking for except connect_host. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

- It seems that there are some problem with unique values at index-fields
- Have you tried to send email via Sugar?

Sorry it took me so long to reply.

I can send emails from the email client in Sugar. I tested the email client with several different email addresses to test if it were a firewall issue or the smtp server itself and they went through successfully. I then input the confirmed working email addresses into the Email Settings under Admin and nothing went through. The log is giving the same error message as before.

Interesting...now the error message is reading:

Did your workflow module is working? (should be configured with cron)

Have you test it with another action?
