Sugar4.5.1 and attachment problem

Hi I have a windows server 2003 running wamp with Sugar 4.5.1....

I got a very big problem....

my users reported me that they cannot open many attachments in their emails...
Files concerned are PPT, XLS,WMV or JPG....
The page download.php has some problems with this file or encoding ?

I don't understand...some files like TXT or PDF are readable.

I think the problem is from the encoding....because I tried with a JPG file and I compare the contents....the contents are not the same....the src file is encoded with ANSI and the attachment in Sugar Email is encoded with UTF-8....


Excuse my poor english....

I need to find the solution quickly....please help.

Hello,
Actually I found the solution, not the problem....lol

I cut and paste the code from download.php (sugar 5.2) to the page download.php (sugar 4.5.1)....and that works.
