sugar_ldap_auth un-install problem

Hi,

I tried installing the sugar_ldap_auth-0.8.1 upgrade using the upgrade wizard. It failed miserably complaining about permissions problems creating a scripts directory and writing manifest.php into sugars www home. The permissions problems are easy to fix but right now I can not get into sugar at all! When I point my browser at the URL, I get the following message "Not A Valid Entry Point". That's it.

My question to the group: Is there a command line way to backout an upgrade? I have searched this forum and scrubbed the users' guide but I came up blank. BTW... I am (well...was) running 4.2d

Thanks moonese. This did the trick except the "point your browser to it" part. I had to run the script like this: #/usr/bin/php -f UpdateSugarEntry.php

Actually I didn't test the UpgradeSugarEntry.php script myself, as I just come across that post, and think it may help.

If there really is some problem in the script, I think you had better to report it to that post, so it will be fixed in the next release.
