Hi Guys,

I hope I'm posting in the right area, I'm looking for module that will make reporting in SugarCRM much easier.

I am currently running SugarCE 5.1, using an MS SQL database, I use the current Case module as a ticketing system for a call centre, been going for about 3 years now, and it works great.

Ever field is a custom field, or drop down. I have multiple drop downs to catagorize all incidents. We have multiple sites and use the Accounts module with an account for each site. What I need to do is pull reports to monitor trends per catagory and also per account. Upgrading to 5.2 is something I plan on doing soon anyway.

Is there a module that someone can suggest? My big problem is, I know nothing about code, or developing, I have access to developers though, but would prefer not having to bug them for time :P

Any advice would be welcomed!

The other thing I am looking for, is a way to setup and control workflow, I saw a module called ITILizer, this looks great! But it's not available yet, anything else that could do something similar?
