SugarCMS for Web Hosts

I'd like to use SugarCRM as my websites billing control panel. I have a few questions I was hoping to get answered before hand...

Is it possible to create an order page that can automatically create a profile in SugarCRM, for customers to see their hosting products, bills, etc? Im aware I can build a module w/ SugarCRM Studio, but I would like to know if I can use the SugarCRM API to an order form to create an account (or if I cant do this, can I create the account automatically, a different way?)

Is it possible to have SugarCRM pass API calls through to Plesk? And also receive information from Plesk (disk usage, bandwidth, etc)?

you should read the developer materials as a starting point ... there are general tutorials and specifics about the API ..what you seek to do is possible
