SugarCRM 4.5, IIS6.0 +SQLexpress installation problems

Hi,

Sugar Version 4.5d
Category Install
Operating System Server 2003
PHP Version: 5.014
Database: SQLExpress 2005
Web Server: IIS6.0

I am installing SugarCRM 4.5d with PHP 5.014 and SQLexpress on Server 2003.
During the install process the step 5 page will not load. After I click next (on step 4) I get a blank page and if I refresh it returns to the start page of the install proceedure.

I have set the permissions for the internet guest account on all the files specified in the install documentation.

I have had the bitrock installer version (with Apache and mySQL) working but I need to use IIS.
If anyone can help me with the above issue it would be very much appreciated.

I have the exact same problem - install goes smoothly to what should be Step 5, but all I get is a blank screen.
