SugarCRM 5.2 with PHP5.3.2

Is there a way I can get SugarCRM 5.2 to work on PHP5.3.2

I can say NO.
Running sugar under a incompatible php version may deal to unexpected issues.
I recommend you to either downgrade your php or upgrade your sugar.

There is no document to detail what will and will not work is there. I have 5.2 on a dev instance now running PHP5.3.2 so far I've found no issues.

mvc_utils.php warn several errors under this stack.
If you enable NOTICE and WARNING on php.ini you will see that. And, additionally, it is not warranty everything will work 100%. Anyway, it is not a good idea to configure this stack on production system.
