SugarCRM 6 - Create an email address-like field to a module

I need to create an email-like field in SugarCRM i.e. one primary value and the ability to add more values dynamically. Anyone who has worked with SugarCRM will know what I'm talking about.

Has anyone done anything similar to this? Any help would be appreciated.

you need javascript knowledge to do something like this, and then you need to think about where are you going to save additional fields and how are they going to be related to the record you saving. Are they gonna have relationship or will you save it in the record row.

Those things you need to figure out.
