I'm new to using SugarCRM. I've used salesforce before, and with Salesforce I was able to tie lead source back into Salesforce so I could see what leads turned into sales

Is there anyway to do this with SugarCRM? Basically, I want to pull lead source (like adwords keyword or campaign or ad group) into a field in sugarcrm so i can track where accounts are coming from
