SugarCRM Asterisk Dialing Report

Hello

I got buch of sales people and they dial phone numbers from sugarCRM through Asterisk, what I want to know is ,,,IS there any way through which I can find the Dialing LOGS from SugarCRM that who called how many calls

And my second question is Is there anyways SugarCRM start dialing the numbers to my sales people automatically like a Predictive Dialer????

AFAIK Asterisk is not logging calls.

Pacta Call Center is logging both inbound and outbound calls and soon there will be a predictive dialer feature as well. TAPI, JTAPI support is in beta stage (so possible to use it with Asterisk). Pacta is an application in the background of user PC - therefore can do more technically advanced tasks like inbound calls, GSM support, Skype support, etc...
