Sugarcrm and autosync with mobile device

i have some question:

I need a solution like this:

For a request of a customer should find a way to enable automatic synchronization between mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, and Blackberry) and SugarCRM.

The customer is willing to buy the professional version of sugar and would like to implement a company's internal mail server (such as MS Exchange or Lotus Domino Express). While users are around saving contacts, appointments and emails on their mobile devices and once back in the office would like to see the devices will automatically sync with the server and SugarCRM.

A solution to this would be:
