Evening guys....looking for a of help.....

We've work in a business to consumer market. We pull leads daily from a variety of sources - telecan, instore demonstrators, direct mail, door canvas....

When leads are pulled they are really just names and addresses on bits of paper. But within 24 hours will be either a customer or dead. And will only buy once.

So we'd don't have pipelines, opportunities or banks of accounts to work as is normal with b2b.

What I want to use Sugar CRM for is to input leads, send them to a confirmer who makes an appointment for a salesman to go and see then, allocate these leads to the relevant salesman, then update the results after the appointment.

And all this really happens within say 48 hours max from receiving the lead.

Is this possible on Sugar and if so HOW?
