SugarCRM CE 5.2 email questions

Hello,
I've installed the SugarCRM 5.2 (5.2.0d) community edition and I've some questions about the email.

I'm using it configured to IMAP. I had to downgrade my php to 5.2.8 as I read on the forum that it doesn't works with 5.2.9..

More details about my installation: Windows XP with wamp server (Apache 2.2.11, php 5.2.8, mysql 5.1.33)

Anyway.. I've a couple of problems:
- when sending email (I use plain text format) the signature and some text is just on one single line.. like "line1line2line3" instead of
"line1
line2
line3"
- if an email has some quotes in the sender label, I get them backslashed like \"Sender\" instead of "Sender"

Moreover, I'd like to know if it is possible/how to do this things:
- I'd like that when I delete a message from thunderbird (also setting it to removing it immediatly or compacting folders) and I then refresh my email in sugar, the deleted message won't still appear in shugar. while right now if I delete a message from thunderbird I still see it in sugar even if I refresh and then when I click it I get some values to "null" and then when I check for new messages again it finally disappear.. But just saw that this doesn't happens always..
- more or less the same thing when I read a message on thunderbird and the message is marked as read.. I still see it marked as unread in sugar also after refreshing for new email
- when from sugar I create a task from an email I don't want it to be added to my ("local") "incoming mail" folder in sugar..
