We are using SugarCRM CE for a while. At the moment we run 6.3.0 B7004.

For some time we are discovering the issue that some actions are not possible and the system does not create any error outputs. I can`t tell what exactly caused this,; my assumption is one of the updates in the past months.

An example is the creation of a new user: It`s not possible to define a user name and / or a password. The field are "editable" but the save button simply doesn`t do anything. The user is created but due to the mentioned errors not working.

Editing any kind of least leads to "save" message but the value itself doesn`t change.

We feel kind of helpless of how to isolate the root cause for this issue and are thankful for any advice.
