SugarCRM CE - Make a document accessible to all

Dear all.

I use SugarCRM CE 5.2.0.

I set roles to make sure the users don't see other's documents = view set on "owner"

=> I want to make some documents viewable to everyone (shared document)

How can I do this ?

Hi aureh12

The best choice is to:

1. Remove that role;
2. Install a Teams module for CE (CE Teams or Security Suite);
3. Assign the restrict documents to a private team;
4. Let the public documents un-related to a team
