I don't think so, but with asterisk you can do some voip platform integration....
I have already used asteririsk but my boss want to migrate to Cisco plattaform
thanks however for your response
How many locations and users per location do you have? Do you know if you will be using Call Manager Express, Call Manager Business Edition, or Call Manager? There are different solutions depending upon which platform you end up on. Shoot me an email at rmancinelli@bisginc.com and we can chat further.Originally Posted by valesar

I am running Callmanager 4.1 and I am just beginning to use (test) SugarCRM. I am very interested in connecting these 2 systems. I would specifically like the ability to keep call logs, trigger events with calls, as well as dialing directly from sugarcrm.
I have seen the asterisk integration is pretty nice, but I was hoping someone has ported that to CCM.
Is there anyone out there doing so?
thanks,
avidan
i'm also testing sugar crm w call manager express but i've error from the phone.
i'll need only the contact list, any suggestion?
Tks

Hi
Just to update this dead thread.
CallConnectors do exist for SugarCRM 5.5+ and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) as well as Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CallManager Express).
Check out this SugarCRM Connector for Cisco IP Telephony
