You don't use your forums login.... this forum isn't connected in any way to your Sugar instance.

When you install your Sugar instance, the only account that's defined at first is "admin". Log in as admin and then create additional users.

I think the poster is referring to the known credentials issue on the module loader page. I think you said it was something on the server side at Sugar causing this to happen.

My mistake...you're right. For Sugar updates, just go to the Downloads page to download your patch, then install from that local file.
