SugarCRM Connectors for CE?

Are there data source connectors, such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn, available for SugarCRM CE?

The LinkedIn connector is available for CE.

Does the Linkedin connector for the other editions excluding CE import the linkedin contacts email and phone number?


Also does it import the info one by one or based on search you do?

for LinkedIn, the only connector that's available is the one tied to Account (Company), not Contact. I understand it has to do with available APIs for LinkedIn.

For Sugar Pro and Enterprise, there are additional connectors for Jigsaw, Hoovers, and ZoomInfo (Person and Account). Using the Get Data button located on a Contact or Account record, you can search for additional data, decide which fields you want to add to your record, and merge that data to your current contact record. You can see some screenshots, along with a description of the feature, on this page.

Hi Susie,

Could you tell me why the Jigsaw connector is not available for the CE if there is CE version available for download and the API key is free due to the Jigsaw Open Data Initiative? I spent a couple of hours trying to figure out how to make this work, including getting the API key, and now it seems that Sugar does not allow me to show the get data button for this connector. If it is free, like the linkedin connector, why does Sugar stop me from using it? I don't imagine any user will upgrade SugarCRM editions based only on the jigsaw connector, but you will sure make a lot of people waste time and have a bad experience with your product.

I would appreciate any thoughts you may have on this matter.
