I would like to implement Sugar CRM for real estate agent who helps cutomers Buy/Sell residential properties.

I would like to set-up Leads and Contacts in Sugar CRM

User should be able to add a lead and after a few interactions convert this lead into a Contact
or Sometime users should be able to directly add a contact

There is no requirements for grouping a set of contacts into a Account. Can this account concept be ignored completely?
