/sugarcrm/cron.php crashing?

Our server (ubuntu) keeps crashing now and then.
Sometimes every week, sometimes once every 2 weeks... it varies.

In the system log I found this:
Jan 30 18:28:01 stm-tbcz-serv01 /USR/SBIN/CRON[27113]: (hpw) CMD (wget http://localhost/sugarcrm/cron.php >/dev/null 2>&1 # JOB_ID_2)
Feb 1 09:02:14 stm-tbcz-serv01 syslogd 1.5.0#5ubuntu3: restart.

As you can see the last task on 30 jan was the sugarcrm cron.php
Next the restart on monday morning ....

Is this cron.php the culprit or could it be another task, before cron.php which crashes our server?

So that log entry for cron is just telling you it ran at that time, other than that is seems completely benign. You may want to look into the other possibilities that could be causing this.
