I have the book. It really helped me sort out the roles and concepts in Sugar. It does a good job of outlining most of the features with examples. It also spells out the differences between the Community and "pay for" versions. I recommend this book.

I have this book and would say it's useful for administrators, it falls a bit short on installation and maintenance of the system, things like how to get the scheduler cron job working would be useful.

I general its very helpful for most concepts.

I purchased this book as a download for Kindle for PC from Amazon. I honestly must say, with no disrespect to the author, this book was a huge disappointment. You're better served searching through topics here on the forums. I've been researching SugarCRM for only a month, but had I started my journey with this book I'd have been more confused than anything. I really don't see much value in it. My $.02

This is really a good news that a book is available. But I am suspicious that will it be useful for a novice user. This is a big thing and involves the knowledge of other aspects as well.
