sugarcrm email campaign configuration help

I would like to get some paid help around 50usd from someone here for configuring Email Campaign on SugarCRM which I have already installed on bluehost shared server.

I would need someone to set it up correctly. I cannot manage to send out mass emails and tracking campaigns. I can send test emails in campaigns and track them, but I can't send read emails.

The campaign queue does not show the campaign when I send the emails. There must be something wrong with it. I read that emails are only sent when the scheduler it setup and cron jobs are set up. SugarCRM forums talk cron jobs and "Run Nightly Mass Email Campaigns". I don't know how to set up those cron jobs or where those options are.

Is there anyone with enough experience with SugarCRM to set it up? It's already installed, I would it it correctly configured to send email campaigns, and tracking.

I would also need some customization, adding new fields, etc. Please if you're a SugarCRM Open Source developer, contact me to do these changes and customizations.
