SugarCRM and Exchange Online

We're looking at migrating our internal email to Microsoft Exchange Online. I have read that Exchange Online uses TLS to encrypt the messages between the sending server and Exchange Online servers.

However, I don't see an option for TLS in Sugar's Administration settings. Does Sugar support TLS? Is there a work-around because I believe Microsoft won't turn TLS off. Has anyone successfully used Exchange Online with their SugarCRM installation?

Should not be an issue since all common plugins ( like http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/outlookconnect/ ) are client based. And you are the owner of your local machine.
