    Default SugarCRM as a Helpdesk?

    Hey Guys,
    I have sugar crm set up as our intranet for sales right now, is there a way to set it up so my customers can log in and only submit helpdesk tickets and have them assigned to their account?

    If so how do you recommend I do that?

    Yeah, you need Sugar CRM Pro or Enterprise and the appropriate PORTAL.
