SugarCRM Installation has been Disabled

I'm getting this massage-

The installer has already been run once. As a safety measure, it has been disabled from running a second time. If you are absolutely sure you want to run it again, please go to your config.php file and locate (or add) a variable called 'installer_locked' and set it to 'false'. The line should look like this:

'installer_locked' => false,

But I don't know where to make this change and how???

Please can anyone help me...

OPen the root directory of your sugarcrm installation.

In this directory find the file config.php and open it with an editor.

search for a line containing the word "'installer_locked" and change this line to

'installer_locked' => false,

Save the file and try to install again.
Are you sure that you did not install SugarCRM before?
