Does SugarCRM handle invoicing well?
I know if comes with a document manager but I'm not really sure how it ties in, And I'm pretty sure you can't merge fields from SugarCRM into a microsoft word document anyway... Maybe the OpenSource version doesn't include it... Does the paid versions include a function to Merge SugarCRM fields into MS Word?
I came across ZuckerDocs (http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/zuckerdocs/) which merges SugarCRM fields into MS Word for the Open Source version...
I'm not sure how it works with merging into MS Word.
Do you need a windows server?
Does that windows server need special software (such as MS Word) installed?
Or does your computer jsut need MS Word installed?
