SugarCRM - Leads, Products, & Sales *HOWTO

Hi all!

I work for a publication company that has both print and web-based services offered for a variety of markets including, home, auto, and career; including specialized web-services.

We would like to utilize SugarCRM for our new business; ResidentSource.com.

Natural work-flow would include the following:

1.) Creation of sales products
2.) Creation of contacts/leads
3.) Creation of contact/lead proposals
4.) Creation of proposed sales; contract
5.) Creation of proposed sales account
6.) Ability to view proposed sales account product(s), contract(s), and miscellenous history


What I would like to know is, what products/packages are already currently available for this type of business model?

I think many, if not all of the items you've mentioned can be handled by Sugar, but not the Open Source edition, at least not without several customizations.

You'd be better served by utlizing a version such as Info@Hand, or the Pro/Enterprise. All three should be able to handle your needs adequately.
