I am wanting to move to Sugar CE in my managed services IT company. I plan to integrate it with JBilling to allow us to bill our customers, but I am faced with a problem.
I need a method to add 'activities' to cases in such a way that a support technician can record the type of support they provided (on-site, telephone, remote, etc), the start and finish times and a description of what they did. I can then feed this data into the billling system (our billing requirements are complex, hence the use of JBilling).
is there are method to record this information in SugarCRM, or an addon which would support it?
