Sugarcrm - NTP CRITICAL: No response from NTP server

Hi,
I'm new to Sugar. And I'm getting warning messages from nagios. Can someone help me how this problem can be fixed and what are the cause of getting this alerts. Let me know what should i do to help distinguish the issue. Thank you so much.

Notification Type: PROBLEM
Service: nrpe_check_ntp_time
Host: sugarcrm-01
State: CRITICAL

Not exactly sure but you may have better luck with a Nagios list serv or forum.
