sugarcrm performance issue

Hi!
i am doing performance testing of sugarcrm 4.5.0f with opensta (version1.4.3.20)
the scenerio is 20 concurrent users clicking on the leads tab.
the results are:
Pages/Request Users Average(seconds)
Login
20Users 48.27seconds
Lead Tab 20Users 23.72seconds

Opportunity Tab 20Users 19.03seconds

Account Tab 20Users 21.70seconds

can u please help whether the problem is with ajax,apache or php???

It would help to know what your system specs are as well. Also, are we to assume that all clients are on the same private network as the server?

Yes, Also we need to know

1. Are you using MySQL or MSSQL?
2. What version of PHP are you using?
3. How many records do you have in the table?
4. What kind of bandwidth are we talking about ion the network
5. Are these 20 users the only users on the network or are they just a subset of the users? (ie are there 40 users in the office and you were using 20 of them)
6. Http or Https?
